Policy regarding the processing of personal data

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.9. User - any visitor to https://varvsn.com/;
2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
2.11. 3. The operator may process the following personal data of the user

3.1 Surname, first name, patronymic;
3.2 E-mail address;
3.3. telephone numbers;
3.4 The Website also collects and processes visitors' anonymized data (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics, etc.).
3.5 The above-mentioned data hereinafter in the text of this Policy are combined with the general concept of Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1 The purpose of the processing of the User's Personal Data is consultation on the project.
4.2 Also the Operator shall be entitled to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and different events. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notice via email to the Operator's email address dev@varvsn.com marked «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data».

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1 Before transborder transfer of personal data, the data controller must ensure that the foreign country to whose territory the personal data is to be transferred provides adequate protection of the rights of the personal data subject.
7.2 Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries, which do not comply with the above requirements, may take place only if the personal data subject gives his/her written consent for cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or executes an agreement, to which the personal data subject is a party.
